The CNAS Office of Undergraduate Research was established to help students find undergraduate research positions with faculty mentors; to foster interdisciplinary relationships on campus; and to establish and sustain ties for research opportunities to industry as well as government agencies who cultivate the same commitment to undergraduate education as UCR does.

The office is available to undergraduate students looking for research opportunities. These include positions available during the academic school year (Office of Research Affairs), summer , on-campus (not Office of Research Affairs) and off-campus . The office also has scholarships and grants available to qualifying students for undergraduate research. We will help you in any way possible to facilitate the attainment of an undergraduate research position.
